We offer a full range of pipework, and heating services, from small office heating systems to industrial steam, oil, gas & chemical systems.

Astan are technical experts when it comes to commercial and industrial pipelines and heating systems of all sizes. We specialise in custom solutions ranging from small-scale office & warehouse heaters up to larger-scale industrial steam, gas, oil and chemical projects.

At Astan, we support our U.K. clients with our 5000 sq./mtr fabrication workshop and onsite pipeline services. Ranging from above and below-ground coded welding, electrofusion, threaded, compression and press-fit jointing methods.

Our code of practice is within ASME, B.S. and EN standards. This includes welding qualifications and procedures with external audit and training organisations. Commissioning, pressure testing, QA/QC documentation and audited handover packs are available for all projects on request.

We have over 30 years of experience in the waste-to-energy and HVAC sectors, including gases, steam, air, thermal fluid and instrument pipelines. We currently employ 12 skilled coded welders and 12 skilled pipefitters. We also have several support staff and engineers to help our client’s projects run smoothly.

Pipework

We are able to design, supply and install all forms of pipework to meet our clients needs. Examples; water, steam, gas, heating, thermal oil and chemical.

Heating

Keeping our customers warm, Astan offer a range of commercial and industrial heating services including; low pressure hot water, warm air and radiant heat.

Renewable Energy

Astan can supply, install and design biomass heating systems in the commercial market.

Service & Spares

We offer a comprehensive package to service and maintain commercial and industrial premises, plant and machinery.

Coded Welding

We have a skilled team of welders and a dedicated workshop at our premises. We work with Aluminium, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel and can design and produce a range of custom pipework systems.
